About JoltMx
We built JoltMx because we needed it. Too many domains, too many Cloudflare email rules, and no desire to set up another Google Workspace just to catch a few messages.
We wanted one service to handle forwarding across all our domains, with a dashboard that shows exactly what happened to every message.
Our mission
Custom domain email forwarding should be straightforward. Whether you have one domain or a small empire of half-finished side projects, you should be able to route mail reliably, understand what happened, and fix problems without guessing.
JoltMx exists for people who want more than a black box. We believe email routing should be visible, explainable, and honest about delivery. When a message is accepted, rejected, forwarded, delayed, quarantined, or fails, you should be able to see why.
We are building JoltMx to be practical, privacy-conscious, and developer-friendly without turning email into enterprise theatre: clear routing, clear diagnostics, and clear limits you can read off a page.
Why did we build it?
There are already services that forward email. We know, because we've used them.
They work well enough when you have one domain, one address, and one inbox. But that model starts to break down when you are managing dozens, or even hundreds, of domains across side projects, client work, products, demos, vanity addresses, and ideas that may or may not ever see daylight.
At that scale, an inbox is not a control plane. Messages appearing somewhere is not the same as knowing what your domains are doing. You need to see which domains are receiving mail, which addresses are being used, what is being rejected, what is being forwarded, what is failing, and where attention is actually needed.
Most forwarding tools are built around the outcome: did the message show up in an inbox? JoltMx is built around the operation of running many domains. The big picture matters: domain health, routing behaviour, delivery outcomes, verification, filtering, diagnostics, and the quiet signals you would otherwise miss until something broke.
That is why we built JoltMx. Not as yet another forwarding rule bolted to an inbox, but as a proper command centre for custom domain email. A place to make parked domains useful, keep active domains under control, and understand what is happening before something important goes missing.
Who we are
We're Ninvoice Limited, a UK company building JoltMx for developers, small businesses, and domain owners who need dependable inbound email routing they can actually see into.
We have decades of experience building and operating mission-critical software in regulated financial technology environments. That background shapes how we think about reliability, auditability, privacy, and failure modes.
UK company
JoltMx is operated by Ninvoice Limited, with policies governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Built with data protection in mind
We minimise what we store, separate routing metadata from message content, and give customers control over retention where possible.
Transparent diagnostics
We show what happened to your mail instead of hiding delivery behaviour behind vague success or failure messages.
Security-conscious by default
Forwarding destinations are verified, tenant access is scoped, and suspicious mail can be rejected, quarantined, or filtered before it reaches your inbox.
Honest about beta status
JoltMx is early, and we say so clearly. It is built seriously, but we will not pretend a young service is indestructible.
