Can I try JoltMx for free?
Yes. You can sign up without a credit card, and all plans are free during beta.
Do I need a credit card?
No. You can create an account and start routing mail without entering card details.
Which plan should I start with?
Every account starts on the Free plan, which is enough for testing or a couple of domains. Pro fits most live setups; Business is for teams or higher routing volume. You can switch plans month to month.
Can I change or cancel later?
Yes. You can move up or down as your domain count, routing rules, and daily volume change.
Do you charge per inbox?
No. Plans are priced by domains, routing rules, destinations, and message volume - never per inbox.
What happens if I hit my daily handled-message limit?
The daily allowances are high. If you hit the limit, senders receive a temporary rejection and can retry later. If you regularly reach your limit, we recommend moving to a higher plan. On the top plan already? Contact us about a custom plan.
What if I need more than Business includes?
If you need higher limits or a different routing profile, get in touch. We can scope a custom plan around your domain count and message volume.
